Strong knowledge of GA4 , Google Tag Manager and Pixel tracking. Excellent visualization skills to conceptualize static/video creatives. Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data-driven decision-making. Strong written communication for crafting ad copies. Proficiency in budget planning, bid strategy optimization, and audience segmentation. Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign ROI and conversion funnels. Experience with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar. Nice to Have: Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
