Key Responsibility Areas

• Manage

  Instagram and Facebook

  content strategy, ensuring posts and campaigns reflect The Blue Kite’s brand voice and engage the audience. 
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars with timely scheduling and coordination. 
• Research and identify influencers, plan and manage collaborations to boost brand visibility and bookings. 
• Write engaging copy for social media posts, ad creatives, presentations, and marketing campaigns. 
• Plan and execute property and lifestyle photoshoots in Goa, creating a strong visual asset library for social campaigns. 
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful, client-ready presentations. 
• Track performance metrics on Instagram and Facebook, preparing reports with insights and recommendations. 

What We’re Looking For

• Min. 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field. 
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. 
• Proficiency in

  Canva

  for content creation and basic design work. 
• A keen eye for detail and creative storytelling across digital platforms. 
• Highly organised, collaborative, and capable of managing deadlines effectively. 
• Familiarity with Goa’s local culture and hidden spots for creating unique content is a plus.
