Position Overview

We are seeking Marketing Associates for a performance-based partnership role. This is ideal for professionals with established networks seeking flexible, part-time business development opportunities with recurring revenue potential.

Identify and develop business opportunities across our service portfolio:

  • Creative & marketing outsourcing for corporates and SMEs
  • Automation and IT outsourcing solutions
  • Business support and staffing services

Templifyr AI Solutions

  • Document automation tools and proposal builders
  • Custom ERP implementations
  • Workflow automation solutions

360SpeakUp Ethics Services

  • Whistleblowing and incident reporting platforms
  • Ethics advisory and compliance services
  • AI-powered investigation reports

Additional Opportunities

  • SAAS projects and website development
  • Corporate branding and design outsourcing
  • Business process automation projects


Requirements

Essential

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Proven professional network in business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of B2B service sales cycles
  • Self-motivated with relationship management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred

  • Background in BPO, IT services, or consulting
  • Existing network of decision-makers
  • International client engagement experience
