We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who’s obsessed with clarity — someone

who can take business goals, research them deeply, and translate them into crisp

briefs, messaging structures, and project flows that writers, designers, and

developers can execute flawlessly.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the right hand of the Marketing & Communications Director — the

connector between strategy and execution.

Your day-to-day will include:

Research & Insights:

behavior to form the backbone of campaign strategy and content direction.

Messaging & Frameworking:

messaging frameworks and content briefs for writers and designers —

ensuring every asset aligns with the campaign goal, tone, and audience.

Cross-Team Coordination:

development teams to ensure timely execution — from ideation to

publication.

Marketing Collateral Launch Support:

pages, campaigns, or assets live — double-checking for accuracy,

functionality, and brand consistency.

Quality & Alignment Checks:

consistency, tone alignment, and seamless brand experience across

channels.

Analytics Prep:

project performance, ensuring learnings loop back into future campaigns.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand communications,

or campaign strategy.• A deep understanding of how messaging, design, and digital experience

come together to tell a story.

• Excellent research, synthesis, and writing skills — you can turn chaos into

context.

• Comfort working across tools like HubSpot, ClickUp/Asana, WordPress, and

Google Analytics.

• A proactive, detail-obsessed mindset — you notice what others miss.

• A knack for turning creative ideas into structured plans that teams can

execute.
