Key Responsibilities:

  • The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue to Salesforce cloud product

  • Working as part of a dedicated sales team, the Lead Specialist will have his/her own prospect portfolio focused on specific business sectors.

  • He/she will be responsible for developing a sales contact plan, building strategic proposals, responding and pitching to all kind of clients.

• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the companys IT Cloud services offerings and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the companys cloud technology services and solutions will address those needs.

• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.

• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

• Work with Business Development Managers Marketing & General Manager Sales to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and effectively articulate the benefits of IT solutions.

  • Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.

  • Sales Tools: Experience using lead generation and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

  • Target-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and KPIs.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern sales and marketing technologies, including email automation tools, social media platforms, and prospecting software.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor the lead generation approach accordingly.
