About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and corporate communication. This position offers the opportunity to engage with potential clients and contribute to the expansion of our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through calls, emails, linkedIn, and networking.
• Conduct market research to understand potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
• Confident in presenting and pitching services; Schedule meetings and support the end-to-end client acquisition process.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Prepare and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards for leads and conversions.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and business networking events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client handling.
• Contribute to brand visibility through basic marketing and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related fields.

• Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience

  in business development, client acquisition, or sales (preferably B2B or service-based industry).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and handling corporate clients.
• Ability to prepare reports, track leads, and organize customer data efficiently.
• Self-driven, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to work onsite in Chennai.
