Role Overview As a Sales Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our VR-based medical training solutions. This role is a unique mix of pre-sales support, sales operations, and data-driven market analysis . You will work closely with the sales team, product managers, and marketing to craft compelling client solutions, streamline sales processes, and generate insights that shape our go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales Support ● Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements in medical training and propose tailored VR-based solutions. ● Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and immersive VR training simulations for prospective clients. ● Prepare persuasive proposals, technical documentation, and responses to RFPs for healthcare institutions. ● Act as a subject matter expert, helping clients understand the impact of VR training on medical education outcomes. Sales Operations ● Maintain CRM data accuracy (e.g., Zoho Bigin) and ensure timely updates of leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages. ● Develop and track sales forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. ● Streamline sales processes and reporting workflows to improve operational efficiency. ● Support sales team onboarding by documenting workflows, creating playbooks, and training on sales tools. Market & Data Analysis ● Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies. ● Provide actionable insights to leadership on pricing, product positioning, and channel strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Work with Product Development, Marketing, and Industrial Engagement teams to ensure market-fit solutions. ● Share client and partner insights with the product team to shape VR training content and features. ● Support marketing initiatives with thought leadership, case studies, and client success stories. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred). ● 3–5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, or pre-sales roles, ideally in MedTech, EdTech, or SaaS. ● Strong analytical and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools). ● Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce) and sales performance reporting. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. ● Tech-savvy and comfortable demonstrating digital/VR products. ● Exposure to the Indian healthcare and education ecosystem is a plus. Nice to Have ● Experience working with medical institutions (colleges, hospitals, nursing schools). ● Knowledge of government procurement processes, CSR healthcare initiatives, or skill development programs (Skill India, NSDC). ● Experience in a startup or early-stage organization, with a willingness to take ownership of processes.
