Marketing Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, executing campaigns, and contributing to strategic planning at the executive level to enhance brand visibility and achieve organizational goals. Your primary focus will be to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results. Additionally, you will conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct meetings with existing parents and generate fresh leads for the organization. - Conduct market visit meetings and field visits to meet new parents for lead generation. - Look after the work of administration and increase visibility of the organization. - Fix meetings with existing parents and generate new leads for the organization. - Organize contests and events for students to enhance branding and promotion of the organization. - Create a positive buzz and awareness about the organization in the market. Qualifications: - Experience in marketing, business development, and ATL/BTL activities, preferably in the education sector. - Strong understanding of lead generation, brand promotion, and campaign execution. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with parents, students, and external partners. - Proven ability to plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling market visits and outreach activities.,
