Role Overview The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns. This includes identifying the right creators, managing communications, negotiating deliverables, and ensuring successful campaign execution. You will closely work with the content, creative, and brand teams to produce measurable results for our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify evaluate, and onboard influencers across niches (fashion, fitness, lifestyle, F&B, tech, etc.) Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies for various brands Manage end-to-end campaign execution: outreach, negotiation, briefing, follow-ups, and approvals Prepare campaign briefs, ensure clarity in deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines Maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies Track and monitor content performance across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for client presentations Stay updated with influencer trends, viral content formats, and platform updates Support the team in brainstorming new creative collaborations Maintain an internal influencer database and update performance metrics Requirements 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & emerging platforms Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to research and identify the right influencers for different industries Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns Creative mindset with solid knowledge of current content trends Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
