Key Responsibilities:


Content & Campaign Execution

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media, email, and digital platforms.
  • Assist with newsletters, promotional campaigns, and outreach materials to maintain brand consistency.
  • Track deadlines to ensure all planned marketing activities are delivered on time.

Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Actively engage in Facebook groups, online communities, and forums to build brand presence and generate interest.
  • Monitor conversations, share valuable content, and identify opportunities for organic engagement.
  • Assist with influencer and partnership outreach by drafting messages, managing responses, and keeping records organized.

Research & Growth Opportunities

  • Research industry trends, competitors, influencers, and potential collaborators.
  • Identify and test new marketing mediums (forums, podcasts, partnerships, niche publications, offline ideas, etc.).
  • Provide recommendations on new tools, platforms, and strategies to expand reach.

Marketing Support & Organization

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, engagement, and outreach results.
  • Keep marketing collateral, presentations, and files updated and easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team where needed.

Proactive Contributions

  • Suggest and test at least 2–3 new ideas each month (content formats, outreach angles, community initiatives, or new platforms).
  • Take ownership of tasks, working independently to figure out solutions without step-by-step direction.
  • Consistently seek ways to improve visibility, engagement, and campaign results.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience

     in marketing, community management, or a related role (internships and freelance projects count).
  • Proven ability to 

    manage social media accounts, online communities, or marketing campaigns

     with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in 

    working independently

     and figuring out solutions without heavy supervision.
  • Strong communication skills with examples of writing posts, newsletters, or outreach messages.
  • Track record of taking initiative and going beyond assigned tasks to deliver results.
  • Self-Sufficiency

    : The most important skill — ability to figure things out independently and drive projects forward.
  • Motivation & Initiative

    : Goes the extra mile, proactive in spotting opportunities, and takes ownership of tasks.
  • Community Engagement

    : Comfortable posting, commenting, and starting conversations in Facebook groups, forums, and similar platforms.
  • Communication

    : Clear, concise written and verbal communication (emails, captions, outreach copy).
  • Organization

    : Strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Basics

    : Familiarity with social media, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic analytics.
  • Creativity

    : Comfortable suggesting new ideas and contributing to campaign strategies.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with lifestyle, fragrance, or hospitality brands.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma).
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or influencer marketing.
