Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and ensuring smooth coordination across projects. The role involves assisting with content creation, social media management and also coordinating with sales and product teams, conducting basic market research, and helping enhance brand visibility to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in executing strategic campaigns to promote Vatech products.
• Develop and update marketing content for digital platforms, brochures, and presentations.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and online engagement.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams for product promotions and campaign alignment.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance.
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, and product demonstrations.

Key Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience: 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in B2B or healthcare/dental industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of market research, analytics and lead generation processes.
• Ability to create marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
