Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Remote Assistant to help with different tasks. This is a great role for someone who wants to learn and grow in a friendly and supportive environment. If you are good with computers, like making presentations, and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you!


What You Will Do:

  • Make presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Research topics and make simple reports or summaries.
  • Help with email marketing, like writing messages and scheduling emails.
  • Talk to customers, answer their questions, and help them if needed.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure they are happy.
  • Help with daily admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
  • Do other small tasks as needed to support the team.


What We Need From You:

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Able to make presentations with some guidance.
  • Good communication, both written and spoken.
  • Organized and able to do more than one task at a time.
  • Positive attitude and willing to help.


Requirements:

  • A computer and stable internet connection.
  • Able to work reliably during agreed hours.
