Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Marketing Assistant with at least five years of hands-on experience in supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand strategy. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Manage and update marketing assets, calendars, and databases
• Support content creation for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports using analytics tools
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and product launches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and vendor coordination

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp)
• Basic graphic design and copywriting skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with CRM tools and CMS platforms

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing support role
• Proven track record of contributing to successful campaigns and brand growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industry-specific marketing (e.g., tech, retail, healthcare)
• Certifications in digital marketing or analytics (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads)
• Experience mentoring junior marketing staff or interns

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
