About Picloon

At Picloon, we are in the business of delivering joy. We are a rapidly growing brand looking to expand our footprint to new territories. To support this exciting phase of growth, we are looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and organized Marketing Assistant to act as the bridge between our headquarters and our growing network of franchise partners.

The Role

This is not your average desk job. We need a proactive growth engine. Your primary goal is two-fold: find the right partners to join the Picloon family (Franchise Gaining) and ensure they succeed once they are onboard (Franchise Management). You will be the face of the brand to potential investors and the "go-to" person for our existing network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Acquisition (The "Gaining")

  • Lead Generation: actively scout and identify potential franchisees through market research, social media (LinkedIn), cold outreach, and networking events.
  • Inbound Marketing: Manage inquiries from prospective franchisees, filtering leads and conducting initial screening calls to ensure they match Picloon’s values.
  • Pitching & Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering compelling presentations, brochures, and marketing kits that showcase the profitability and value of owning a Picloon franchise.
  • Campaign Management: Run targeted B2B marketing campaigns (email, digital ads) aimed at attracting investors and entrepreneurs.

2. Franchise Management (The "Support")

  • Onboarding Success: Guide new franchise partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all the marketing materials, training guides, and assets they need to launch.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing franchisees, answering queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Local Marketing Support: Help individual franchisees adapt Picloon’s national marketing strategies to their local markets to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor franchisee sales and marketing performance, gathering data to help HQ understand what support is needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. Experience in the franchise industry is a massive plus.
  • Communication Skills: You must be a smooth communicator. You can write a professional email, command a phone call, and build rapport quickly.
  • The "Hunter" Mindset: You aren't afraid of rejection and enjoy the thrill of chasing a lead and closing a deal.
  • The "Farmer" Care: You have the patience and empathy required to support business owners and help them solve problems.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) and social media management is preferred.
  • Organization: Ability to juggle multiple leads and existing partners without dropping the ball.
