Role Overview:

As the Marketing - Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility and engagement through compelling content, impactful social media strategies, and meaningful partnerships. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical mindset, and relationship-building skills to position Altre as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & SEO

• Implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility and organic traffic.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business goals.
• Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content across blogs, newsletters, case studies, & thought leadership posts
• Collaborate with internal teams (research, product, sales) to generate data-driven and storytelling content.

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong expertise in content, SEO and social media.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content editing skills.
• Experience in managing partnerships and external collaborations is a plus
• Experience in design is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in similar industry is preferred, not mandatory
