Marketing Assistant

Purpose of the job

Key Responsibilities

• Team + project support
• Provide administrative support across all marketing projects and campaigns
• Support the sign-off process for marketing materials and campaigns
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables
• Information management
• Gather, organize and maintain marketing assets, data and documentation
• Maintain and update the marketing roadmap and ensure alignment with team priorities
• Content + communications
• Support the creation and distribution of regular company updates
• Assist with monthly/quarterly marketing reporting
• Events + brand activation
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events
• Support brand initiatives and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications or administrative support role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Adobe Express, Mailchimp, Asana or similar
• A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude
• Must be bilingual in English
• Experience with marketing KPIs, marketing reporting and data analysis is a plus
• This position is aligned to UK Shift (GMT working hours: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm IST / 8:30 am – 5:00 pm GMT / 3:30 am – 12 pm EST)
