You'll handle enquiries, generate quotations, convert leads, and coordinate with production teams. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries and book them in the system - Prepare and provide quotations to customers - Convert enquiries into orders and obtain order confirmation - Issue order acceptance letters to customers - Generate work orders and coordinate with production team - Follow up with production team on order status - Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records and fill necessary documentation Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales in manufacturing industry.
