Job Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing, social media, and e‑commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone creative, tech‑savvy, and passionate about online branding. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Perinthalmanna, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posters and short‑form content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Manage customer interactions on WhatsApp, E‑commerce Chat, and Messenger.
• Assist with e‑commerce operations by updating products, descriptions, and visuals on Shopify and WordPress.
• Analyze marketing and sales data using Excel, and prepare clean, professional presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas using AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, etc.).
• Ensure culturally relevant designs with an understanding of Arabic typography.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Age below 30 years.
• Experience in social media marketing, Meta Ads, and e‑commerce tools.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress for quick updates.
• Fluent in English (reading & writing).
• Arabic language knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote‑collaboration environment (Zoom, online tools).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Creative eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Friday
• On‑Job Training: 30 Days
• Probation Period: 60 Days

Salary & Benefits

• Total Package: ₹24,000 (including basic salary, housing, and transportation)

Location Requirement

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Vengore, Perinthalmanna, Kerala, near MEA Engineering College.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
