About the job

Key Responsibilities

• Work on business-as-usual tasks as well as any unplanned, ad-hoc or seasonal projects that may come up from time-to-time
• Edit raw images to required dimensions as per email specifications
• Own the end-to-end email translation process for Europe
• Use our email reply tool (Drift) to produce report and allocate the appropriate actions to the relevant teams
• Assist in ensuring content is up to date across our global network of 40+ websites
• Upload website content using a Content Management System
• Carry out ad-hoc technical website updates such as fixing broken links, replacing images, etc.
  

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Required Skills

• Proficiency in office software (MS Office and Google Workspace)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with image-editing software e.g. Photoshop
• Experience in working with Content Management Systems
• Experience working on Trello (desired but not essential)
