Assistant Manager – Marketing & Revenue Collection

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell comprehensive ground training courses including:
• Special Operations Trainings on Performance Based Navigation (PBN, CDFA, RNP APCH-LNAV/VNAV & LPV)
• ADS-B (OUT)
• Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM)
• TCAS II- Ver 7.1
• NAT HLA & Spaced Based ADS-B
• Pacific Operations
• CPDLC & ADS-C
• PBCS & EDTO (for 90 Min Time Threshold)
• All Weather Operations (Monsoon, Cold Weather, De-icing, LVTO, CAT II/III)
• Safety Systems (ALAR, CFIT, EGPWS, GRF)
• Train the Trainer & 20 Hrs Ground Training for Examiners
• Safety Management System (SMS), Risk Management
• Regulation & Operations Manual updates
• AUPRT & CRM (Human Factors, Fatigue Management, Threat & Error Management)
• GNSS Interference briefings & Mental Health Promotion for Flight Crew
• Coordinate training sessions at outstations, ensuring seamless lecture arrangements
• Travel for outstation training coordination and contract negotiations with NSOPS & GA partners
• Engage with clients and build lasting customer relationships to maximize revenue

Requirements:

• Young lady with Marketing & Customer Relations experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, Polite, Hardworking, and Goal-Oriented
• Willing to travel extensively for outstation work and meetings
