Minizmo Made to Measure is a premium menswear brand specializing in tailor-made formal and festive wear crafted from the finest Italian fabrics. With a growing presence across Delhi-NCR, Minizmo is redefining the luxury menswear experience through design, craftsmanship, and customer-centric innovation.
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive who will take full ownership of Minizmo’s marketing initiatives – both digital and offline. The candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving online & in-store sales, and ensuring a consistent, premium brand image across all channels.
• Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage content calendar, including photoshoots, reels, influencer collaborations, and campaign launches.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
• Manage Minizmo’s Shopify website – ensuring updated collections, banners, campaigns, and product details.
• Monitor website analytics, track conversions, and coordinate improvements with developers/designers.
• Plan online-exclusive offers and campaigns to drive e-commerce sales.
• Ensure smooth coordination between digital campaigns and website landing pages.
• Organize and execute in-store events, trunk shows, and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Plan and manage offline branding – including hoardings, banners, posters, standees, and mall promotions.
• Coordinate with malls, vendors, and agencies for offline campaigns and activations.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all offline channels.
• Collaborate with external vendors, creative agencies, photographers, and influencers.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports highlighting KPIs, learnings, and next steps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing (luxury fashion/retail background preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and e-commerce.
• Creative eye for design, fashion aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
