We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across platforms. If you’re passionate about content, storytelling, and building digital communities — we’d love to have you on board!
What You’ll Do
● Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with our brand tone and goals
● Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
● Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns that boost visibility and engagement
● Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to produce high-quality creatives
● Monitor trends, track competitor activity, and stay updated on platform changes
● Manage community interactions — respond to comments, messages, and build strong engagement
● Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns
● Work with partners for collaborations and brand campaigns
What We’re Looking For
● 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
● Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and engagement strategies
● Excellent communication and storytelling skills
● Language profi ciency: Tamil (understand), English (fl uent)
● Basic design/video editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
● Creative mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach
