We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to strengthen NPC’s digital presence, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing , social media strategy , content creation , and campaign management across traditional and online platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote NPC’s products and services. Manage and grow NPC’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan and run both organic and paid campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) that reflects the brand’s tone and resonates with the target audience. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, product launches, and other marketing events. Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital and offline platforms. SEO Responsibilities: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms for content and campaigns. Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for SEO best practices and user experience. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools. Collaborate with content and tech teams to ensure SEO compliance and continuous improvement.
