Marketing and Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to strengthen NPC’s digital presence, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and campaign management across traditional and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote NPC’s products and services.
• Manage and grow NPC’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and run both organic and paid campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) that reflects the brand’s tone and resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, product launches, and other marketing events.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital and offline platforms.

SEO Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms for content and campaigns.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for SEO best practices and user experience.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with content and tech teams to ensure SEO compliance and continuous improvement.
