Overview

The Executive Assistant serves as the right hand to the Creative Director, ensuring the seamless rhythm of his daily operations. The ideal candidate mirrors the Director’s pace and precision: managing priorities, streamlining communication, and maintaining flow across departments with quiet efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the primary liaison between the Creative Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring all communication is well-prioritized and followed through.

● Manage daily schedules, follow-ups, reminders, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure operational alignment.

● Oversee reporting mechanisms: collecting, reviewing, and consolidating departmental reports on time.

● Coordinate with clients and vendors on behalf of the Director; initiate, manage, and close communication loops.

● Support the Director in content structuring and review for key projects, presentations, or campaigns.

● Monitor brand social channels at a top level, routing relevant inquiries and updates to the appropriate team members.

● Uphold the brand’s tone of voice and professionalism in all correspondence.

Requirements

● 2-5 years of experience in executive or administrative roles, preferably in fashion, luxury, or creative industries.

● Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

● Proficiency in productivity tools, CRM systems, and social media monitoring is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
