Job Description: Social Media Creative Manager

Location: Okhla Phase I, Delhi.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fix Off)
Work Hours & Day: 10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. No WFH / No Remote / No Hybrid.Key

Responsibilities:

• Strategize, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare in-depth performance reports to drive ROI improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to develop impactful creatives and ad copies.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting for continuous campaign improvement.
• Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and user engagement through paid channels.
• Maintain a log of campaign results, including performance metrics and key learnings.
• Demonstrated success in running various campaign types (Search, Display, Video, Lead Generations, Retargeting, etc.).
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and digital customer journeys.
• Proficient in audience targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content writing strategy and basic copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) certifications.
• Basic design tool knowledge (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Experience with Campaigns, Promotion & Content Writing
