Job Title: Social Media & PR Manager
Location: Gurgaon, India
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are looking for a Social Media & PR Manager with 1+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, passionate, and driven to make an impact.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the social media presence of all Mixx Windows verticals (external and internal solutions).
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement.
• Visit project sites to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media storytelling.
• Plan and execute PR strategies, campaigns, and outreach programmes to enhance brand visibility.
• Liaise with media, architects, designers, and industry professionals to promote the brand.
• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance, ensuring consistent improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand communication fresh and innovative.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media & PR.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and social media management tools.
• Hands-on experience with photography, videography, and editing software of choice.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• A self-starter with creativity, initiative, and a passion for design, architecture, and branding.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
