We are seeking a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to manage the social channels for our premium Airbnb stay and our secure safe deposit vault services. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each business to drive engagement, bookings, and brand awareness - Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. - Design eye-catching posts; curate photos and videos to highlight experiences and trustworthiness - Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly to drive engagement and customer satisfaction - Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and report key insights - Stay updated on industry trends (Airbnb, hospitality, fintech/security) to ensure relevant, up-to-date communication - Plan and collaborate on campaigns, influencer collaborations, and local event promotions Ideal Candidate: - 1–3 years of social media management experience (hospitality/fintech preferred) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati - Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, video/photo editing tools, analytics - Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling - Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask - Knowledge of Airbnb digital trends and local customer expectations is a plus Location: In person, Katargam, Surat To Apply: Send your resume, social media portfolio, and a brief note explaining what excites you about managing both Airbnb and vault business social channels.Social Media Manager Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 24 months Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
