Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact, providing administrative and operational support to Marketing, Sales, and pre-sales teams. Your role will contribute to sales growth and customer satisfaction. - Managing marketing materials, including collateral, digital assets, and promotional items. - Managing social media platforms and website. - Creating social media creatives with the support of AI tools. - Developing tailored presentations and content for marketing needs. - Developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are on-brand and effective. - Communicating campaign progress and results to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams. - Assisting with sales RFP's, proposals, presentations, and demos. - Maintaining accurate sales data, CRM updates, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: - Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or Operations role. - Marketing automation: Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders. - Organization: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks. - Attention to detail: Accuracy in data entry, report generation, and document preparation. - Interpersonal skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients. - Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently. - Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks. - Proficiency in technology: Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant software. (Zoho CRM, HubSpot) - Dashboards and Reports: Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and MIS.
