a Candidates with a travel backgroundRole & responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote travel packages and services. Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. Plan and oversee offline marketing activities such as travel expos, print media, and event sponsorships. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights; apply findings to campaigns. Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create compelling travel offerings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance; generate reports and optimize ROI. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies. Oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, videos, and blog content. Build and maintain relationships with travel bloggers, media, and other industry partners. Maintains and grows B2C and B2B business globally Launch, manage, and optimize affiliate and coupon marketing programs. Build strong relationships with coupon partners (e.g., CashKaro, GrabOn, CouponDunia), ensuring timely offers and visibility. Analyze partner performance and drive ROI-focused promotions Focuses on marketing initiatives to create customer loyalty and increase market share Focuses on building top line revenue by executing against the sales strategy Provides marketing channel mix (e.g. advertising (on and off line), promotions, public relations, direct mail, email, and demand generator links) planning as part of the Flight Business Coordinate with marketing operations and other site marketing programs on new initiatives to increase production in channels Identify trends and implement solutions Increase B2C Ticket volume Candidate should be good in Online or Offline Marketing Meta Search Engine Management (Kayak, Wego, Skyscanner, etc.) Manage and optimize listings on metasearch platforms to maximize direct bookings. Oversee bidding strategies, product feed quality, and campaign reporting. Track metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to improve performance CRM, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS Campaigns Create and manage direct communication campaigns using email, WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS. Segment users and personalize messaging to improve engagement and booking rates. Collaborate with tech and content teams to automate and optimize user journeys. Performance Tracking & Optimization Analyze campaign performance and conversion funnels. Conduct A/B testing, generate insights, and continuously optimize campaign ROI. Maintain weekly/monthly dashboards and reports. Should have a solid background in travel or e-commerce marketing, with experience managing partners like Kayak, Wego, Skyscanner, and coupon platforms such as CashKaro, GrabOn, CouponDunia, etc., while also running high-performing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with product, tech, design, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms. Stay ahead of travel industry trends and competitor strategies. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in travel or e-commerce marketing, with experience managing partners like Kayak, Wego, Skyscanner, and coupon platforms such as CashKaro, GrabOn, CouponDunia, etc., while also running high-performing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS. Added Advantage Experience with tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and other digital performance channels. Knowledge of OTA technology stack, inventory feeds, and tracking system. Preferred candidate profile - 10 years of hands-on experience in online Marketing with Travel or OTA, Ecommerce Segment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching. High level of motivation, determination and commitment. A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset. Proven experience managing metasearch partners (e.g., Kayak, Sky scanner, Ego). Strong understanding and working experience with coupon and cashback platforms. Hands-on with email/SMS/WhatsApp/RCS tools and customer engagement platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and campaign execution skills. Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Must be able to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends and holidays Candidate from Travel Background can only apply for this position.
