Job Summary:

CSPL (Crystree Solutions Private Limited) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Marketing, Sales and Business Development within the technology sector, particularly in Customized Application Development, Managed Services, ERP Solutions, SaaS, and staff augmentation.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities in the areas of Customized Application Development, ERP, SaaS, and staff augmentation.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth with CSPL.

Ability to arrive quickly at a Costing strategy on the Sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.

Have a solid grip on the local market.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings and expand professional network.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of Customized Application Development, ERP solutions, SaaS, and staff augmentation services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,029.64 - ₹36,054.14 per month
