Job Description

Document Product Features: Collaborate in documenting and refining product features based on market research, stakeholder discussions, and user feedback.
Backlog Refinement: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring that user stories and requirements are clearly defined.
Agile Facilitation: Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives by preparing necessary documentation, participating in discussions, and clarifying requirements as needed.
User Story Creation: Work closely with the Product Manager to define and detail actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Support Testing Efforts: Collaborate with quality assurance teams by providing product knowledge and ensuring that developed features meet defined acceptance criteria.
Proficiency in Salesforce marketing and data cloud Cloud platforms Proficiency with other marketing segmentation, tracking and activation tools
Understanding of Tableau and other data visualization tools
Must have skill set
