Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field Experience with SQL and spreadsheets Experience in working with Product Management and Engineers to drive progress on programs, with the ability to manage relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies Ability to communicate in Bengali, Punjabi or Marathi fluently to identify and propose policy improvements based on the local market Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
