Your key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential markets and customers, gathering data through surveys, focus groups, and interviews, analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, preparing comprehensive reports on research findings, identifying market trends and consumer behavior changes, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies, utilizing statistical software tools for data analysis, developing questionnaires and forms to capture relevant information, presenting research insights to stakeholders and management, monitoring competitor activities and market conditions, proposing new research methodologies and techniques, maintaining an organized database of research findings, assisting in the development of marketing strategies based on research data, ensuring compliance with research regulations and ethical standards, and staying updated on industry developments and best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for secondary data collection from existing studies and reports. The required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in market research or related roles, strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation, proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS), experience in designing and conducting surveys, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills for reporting insights, ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, familiarity with market research methodologies and techniques, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics, understanding of consumer behavior theories, critical thinking skills for problem-solving, willingness to continuously learn and adapt, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
