About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Assistant Manager - Market Research to lead and manage the end-to-end research process, from study design and methodology planning to data analysis and insight presentation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in market or social research and the ability to work independently across all project stages — including data collection supervision, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with clients and field teams to ensure high-quality insights and actionable outcomes that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies.
• Design research methodologies, questionnaires, and sampling plans.
• Coordinate and supervise data collection activities through field and online channels.
• Perform data cleaning, tabulation, and statistical analysis using Excel, SPSS, or Power BI.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and dashboards highlighting actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure research objectives are met.
• Monitor project timelines, ensure quality, and maintain data accuracy.
• Stay updated on market trends and consumer insights.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of survey design, sampling, and research techniques.
• Excellent command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SPSS/Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in market research agencies, consulting firms, or development research.
• Exposure to both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
