Job Description

  1. Product Listing & Optimization

    :
  • Create and manage product listings for Ayurvedic products across multiple online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Ensure that product titles, descriptions, images, and other attributes are accurate, informative, and optimized for search.
  • Regularly update and improve listings to stay competitive and aligned with market trends in the Ayurvedic industry.
  1. Order Management

    :
  • Oversee the entire order lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
  • Resolve any customer issues related to returns, cancellations, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Pricing & Promotions

    :
  • Monitor competitors’ pricing strategies and adjust our pricing to remain competitive while ensuring value for customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers that resonate with health-conscious consumers.
  1. Marketplace Performance Analysis

    :
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, customer reviews, and product rankings.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance product visibility, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
  1. Customer Relationship Management

    :
  • Engage with customers, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns related to Ayurvedic products and their benefits.
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews, ensuring that we maintain a strong and positive brand presence in the Ayurvedic space.
  1. Market Research

    :
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics in the Ayurvedic and wellness sector.
  • Recommend new products, pricing strategies, and promotions based on market demand and emerging health trends.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, preferably in the Ayurvedic or wellness industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and market trends is a plus.
  • Experience with major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and their tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
