Identifying and resolving discrepancies in contributions vs. executed amounts Reconciling transfer values and instrument eligibility Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with French investment product regulations (AMF framework for PEA) Understanding European savings and investment product rules Awareness of cross-border product limitations Required Skills & QualificationsNumerical & Analytical Proficiency: Comfort with percentages, recurring contributions, and tax-advantaged investment products Ability to explain savings plan mechanics in simple language to retail customers Language Requirements: English: Fluent (C1 level minimum) French: preferred (due to PEA framework) Clear communication skills for explaining product rules and processes Specific Industry Background (Preferred)Ideal Candidates Will Have Worked For: French or European banks offering PEA accounts Online brokers with savings plan features BPO/Shared service centers handling investment products Key Responsibilities PreviewThe selected candidates will handle: Opening, managing, and closing PEA accounts Supporting in-/out-transfers for PEA and savings plans Monitoring and troubleshooting savings plan executions Answering product-related regulatory questions from customers Managing escalations around failed contributions, tax implications, or transfer delays
