Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers in the assigned region.
Conduct regular market visits to understand trade dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.2. Sales & Order ManagementAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collect and process orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and stock availability.
4. Relationship & Feedback Management
Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners.Collect regular feedback from the market regarding product performance, design trends, and pricing.Share structured market reports with the Regional Head weekly.
