Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist with data migration and software installations
Assist with onboarding new clients
Training customers to use the software
Assist customers with software troubleshooting
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Identify solutions, guide customers, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
Contribute valuable customer feedback for product improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

A passion for customer service and a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as a team.
Technical aptitude to understand and explain software functionality.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Women candidates or candidates with maritime background (sailing/onshore/software experience) are a plus.
IT support experience is highly desirable.
