Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Marcom Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand and services.
  • Manage and maintain the hotel's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social media, including posts, photos, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software is an asset.
