Role: Manufacturing Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking to bring onboard an Operational Excellence Manager to work closely with our manufacturing clients at their plants. In this role, you will analyze processes, identify opportunities, and support deployment of digital solutions that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, throughput, and quality. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to manufacturing industry challenges while building deep expertise in smart factories and operational excellence.

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭. It is must to have exposure of process excellence in a manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams to map manufacturing processes (production, quality, logistics, etc.) and identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze workflows and recommend targeted process improvements.
• Lead deployment of digiXLT’s shopfloor digitalization and operational excellence solutions, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
• Monitor KPIs to measure impact on utilization, productivity, and quality.
• Conduct cost and performance assessments (machines, labor, materials) to drive ROI-focused outcomes.
• Build capability by training client teams on process excellence and digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing solutions preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills — able to engage both shopfloor teams and senior leadership.
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering measurable outcomes.
