About Our Client

Our client is a long-standing manufacturer that produces complex, high-precision components used in specialized applications. They maintain a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork in a hands-on production environment.In this role you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will:
  • Develop and document CNC turning and milling process plans.
  • Interpret CAD/CAM drawings for accurate design and dimensioning.
  • Create setup instructions, tooling, and fixture requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain process documentation in the MRP/ERP system.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Provide hands-on shop floor process support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer - Process Planning should have:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
  • 5+ years CNC turning and milling experience
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM and dimensioning standards
  • MRP/ERP experience preferred
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and on the shop floor
