Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Developer where you will leverage your expertise in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active to drive innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our merchandising capabilities. Your contributions will directly impact our companys growth and efficiency ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement solutions using Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active to optimize warehouse management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system inefficiencies ensuring seamless operations.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that enhance merchandising strategies.
Design and execute test plans to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Document system configurations and modifications to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in the integration of new technologies to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
Ensure data integrity and security within the warehouse management systems.
Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions to promote system adoption.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active with hands-on experience in implementation and support.
Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive system improvements.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Have a background in merchandising domain skills which is considered a valuable asset.
Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
Display a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies in the field.
