Role Overview

Creative Content Manager & Curriculum Designer (Media)

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Management

• Plan, develop, and manage creative content across digital and print platforms.
• Lead content ideation and execution for brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee copywriting and editing to ensure high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  

Curriculum Design (Media)

• Design and develop innovative, media-rich curricula for training programs, workshops, or courses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to integrate multimedia and interactive learning experiences.
• Evaluate and update curriculum materials based on learner feedback and industry trends.
  

Editorial & Collateral Development

• Lead the editing, proofreading, and quality assurance of all content outputs.
• Manage the creation of brochures, newsletters, and other collaterals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure brand consistency across all written and visual content.
  

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams for cohesive content delivery.
• Provide guidance to junior writers/editors and external vendors if required.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, Education, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in content creation, curriculum design, or editorial management.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in multimedia content development tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Experience in developing training or educational content is a plus.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
