Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the editing process of books related to the history of India, culture, philosophy, yoga, and epics. - Coordinating effectively with proofreaders and authors to ensure the delivery of high-quality publications. - Leading the preparation of revised editions of existing titles and initiating work on new publications. To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Possess a post-graduate degree in History, Political Science, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Mass Communication, or Library Science. - Have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Managing Editor in a publishing house, newspaper, or periodical. - Prior teaching, research experience, or authoring books would be considered an added advantage. - Demonstrate strong editorial judgment, managerial abilities, and a deep passion for the heritage of India.
