As the Campus Director at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Campus in Andheri West, you will serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with full-spectrum administrative and operational responsibilities for the institutions and centres within the campus. Your role will require extensive experience in education administration, campus operations, and stakeholder management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Campus Operations:** - Oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of the entire campus. - Supervise and ensure quality delivery of contracted services like security, housekeeping, and maintenance. - Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and institutional policies. - **Stakeholder Management across Institutes:** - Act as the primary liaison between Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and the heads of various institutes such as Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, and A. H. Wadia High School. - Foster effective communication and collaboration among these institutions and the Trust. - **Managing the Centres:** - Provide leadership and administrative supervision to centres like Yoga Centre, Cultural Centre, Adventure Club, and Nursery. - Manage the staff of these centres, with all respective heads reporting directly to you. - **Finance & Administration:** - Oversee Campus Finance & Accounts in coordination with internal teams. - Ensure financial discipline, timely reporting, and optimal resource utilization. In your Candidate Profile, you should be a senior professional with at least 20 years of experience in education administration, public service, or institutional management. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities are essential. You must have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, drive operational excellence, and operate independently with a deep sense of responsibility and discretion.
