Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Director, located in Indore with some work-from-home acceptable. The Managing Director will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, develop strategic plans, and ensure the achievement of financial targets. The role involves leading the team, fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving the company’s mission and vision forward. The Managing Director will also be responsible for operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and market expansion.

• Experience in Budget Management and Financial Analysis
• Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
• MBA or related graduate degree is preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
