Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager for the D2C & Growth Portfolio, your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and CXOs. You will act as the primary point of contact for escalations, queries, and business requirements. Monitoring transaction volumes, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for account growth will be crucial. Additionally, negotiating commercials, contracts, and renewals with key accounts, ensuring timely issue resolution, and tracking competition to provide market insights will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for delivering on revenue targets, merchant activation, and retention KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and CXOs - Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, queries, and business requirements - Monitor transaction volumes, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for account growth - Negotiate commercials, contracts, and renewals with key accounts - Ensure timely issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction and retention - Track competition and provide market insights to support business strategy - Deliver on revenue targets, merchant activation, and retention KPIs Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/masters degree in business, Finance, or related field - Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets and account growth - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills - Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients and leadership - Problem-solving and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach Additional Details: The company offers immense opportunities to make a difference and have a great time doing meaningful work for yourself and customers/clients.
