Job Description

We are looking for passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for Key Hiring. Role & responsibilities Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals. Sourcing and Recruitment: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Candidate Assessment: Conducting interviews, screening applications, and evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and cultural fit. Employer Branding: Promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent and create a positive perception of the organization. Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and manage the selection process. Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key metrics related to recruitment, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Market Research: Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to maintain a competitive edge. Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations. Key Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other professionals. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate compensation packages and other terms of employment. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the recruitment process. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry and its talent landscape. HR Tools: Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
