Manager/Senior Manager - Legal

Role Overview: As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and closing various business agreements such as Business agreements, Banking agreements, Partner Agreements, website terms of use, privacy policy, Vendor agreements, Licensing, and Service Provider agreements. You will also work on foreign and Indian regulatory aspects of business and fintech laws, provide advice on technology law, licensing, and intellectual property matters, and handle other legal assignments as delegated by the General Counsel.
